MUA are the powerhouse of the budget beauty buys. With alot of their line starting from just a pound and their eyeshadow palettes delivering everytime, MUA really do offer incredible value for money. They’re constantly adding new lines to the already plentiful array of products and their latest line “Undress Your Skin” is sure to be a success. This “nearly naked” makeup trend has fast become big news – with some of my favourite YouTube highrollers (Vivianna Does Makeup, Ghostparties, Isobelmeg) favouring a more laid back make up look.
The Undress Your Skin range is available online now and is slowly filtering its way through into the larger Superdrug stores in time for Spring. The weather will (hopefully) be getting warmer, the sun will (again, hopefully) be coming out and the time given to carefully apply a smokey eye and berry lip is sacrificed in place of fresh glowing skin and more hours in the beer garden drinking fruit cider.
Radiant Undereye Concealer
I picked up the Highlighting Powder a month or so ago on my trip to Birmingham where I met up with some gorgeous fellow bloggers. Since then my mother has taken possession of it and I’m waiting to visit a Superdrug that actually has the new range in stock so I can repurchase (mothers!)
This is a beautiful little highlighter and adds a gorgeous glow when applied to the cheekbones. Its a lot more pink toned than the VIVO Healthy Glow or Dior Amber Diamond so I find its easier to wear for my skin tone. I’m even toying with the idea of using it as a nice sweep of shimmer across the lids for a neutral eyeshadow.
I’m going to be picking up a couple of other pieces from the Undress Your Skin range, I have my eye in particular on the Illuminating Foundation and Flawless Primer. I managed to get my hands on the Undress Me Too palette (hailed as the drugstore dupe of the Naked 2 palette) after searching high and low for it to no avail, the lovely Kat tweeted to say she’d got me one. That’s love right there.
Have you tried any of the Undress Your Skin range?
